What's Included
Here's how we party!
Funplex parties are easy for you and unforgettable for your birthday child!
- You’ll have a dedicated party host for two hours who will manage the flow of your event and guide your guests through the attractions and activities. Your guests will do the attractions first, then enjoy pizza and cupcakes, then they will go to the arcade.
- Your package will include either a private party space or a table in our open seating area, depending on your selection. For an exclusive experience, upgrade to out VIP Bowling Suite and enjoy a private bowling session.
- Funplex-themed paper party supplies are provided so you don’t have to bring anything unless you want a specific theme.
- Food, drinks, and cupcakes are included for each child! They will receive pizza, a drink, and a vanilla cupcake. Please note that adult food is not included; make sure to add it in advance to elevate your party with extra menu options for the grown-ups.
- FREE birthday child! Your guest of honor is free and does not count towards the 10 children included in our packages.
- Enjoy the convenience of using Funplex-themed Evites. Just input your guest list, and with a simple click, hit send!

FAQs
What is included in my party?
Each party includes balloons, paper products, a dedicated party host and set-up and clean up. You may bring and set up additional decorations if desired. You will have access to your party area 15 minutes prior to your room time.
Does the package include invites?
Yes, once you place your deposit you will get a link to your invitations. They can be emailed or printed!
What can I expect from my Funplex party?
Your guests will explore the activities and games you have selected for your party. From there, everyone will regroup at the party table to enjoy food, beverages, and cupcakes. Once the kids are finished eating they can continue to enjoy the activities until the end of your party.
How long is my party?
Pick 3 parties will last 2.5 hours, Ultimate parties will last 3 hours and VIP Ultimate parties will last 4 hours. Your room/table time will last approximately 2 hours for all packages.
When do I need to let you know the final guest count?
We will contact you 3 days before your event to finalize your guest head count, food, and any other add-ons. This will guarantee adequate table size and appropriate number of hosts. We also recommend that you provide a guest list so our party check-in can aid in making your event seamless!
Do I have to pay for adults coming to the party?
(2) party parents are included complimentary with all packages. All additional guests, including adults will require admission into the park. Adult prices will vary based on your package. Adult admission will include access to the rides included with your package but will not include arcade credits, food, or beverages.
How and when do I pay for my party?
Your final balance, head count and food orders are due a minimum of 3 days before your event. Accepted payment methods are credit card or cash.
My host was excellent how do I tip them?
A 10% gratuity is automatically applied to all parties. If you would like to tip in addition to the 10% you may do so by cash or card.
When should I arrive for my party?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to your event.
Can I bring in any food?
No outside for or beverages are permitted with the exception of cake or cupcakes. The Funplex does not allow ice cream or ice cream cakes.
