Membership FAQs
How does the All-Year Membership work?
If you buy an All-Year Membership in-person, it is valid right from the day of purchase. However, if you make the purchase online, its validity begins on the day you redeem it and lasts for an additional 365 days. You're welcome to use your pass on any day the park is open.
What are the perks of an All-Year Membership?
All-Year Members: 10% discount on food and beverage, two free single day admission wristbands per year, and a 20% discount on single day admission wristbands. Members also get three free buddy days, unlimited visits to other locations, a 15% discount on weekday cabana rentals, a 20% discount on souvenir cups, and a 20% discount on merchandise. Additionally, members receive a 10% discount on Mount Laurel hotel stays.
All-Year PLUS Members: Enjoy all the perks of the All-Year Membership, along with two additional free single day admission wristbands per year, 25% discount on single day admission wristbands, 25% discount on merchandise, and a Free All-Year Souvenir Cup.
What do I do if I bought a membership as a gift?
If someone bought memberships online and gifted them to another person, the recipient must present valid ID matching the credit card user when redeeming the online-purchased memberships.
How do I use my membership at the other Funplex Parks?
When arriving at another park location, inform the admissions team member that you are using your membership from our other park location, and they will assist you.
When are the buddy days?
2025 Summer Buddy Days will be announced April 2025.
Payment Plan FAQs
Pass benefits subject to change without notice. Pricing shown is available online only. Passholder benefits may vary by park. Contact the park you are planning to visit for any questions regarding applicable benefits. *Minimum 12-month term with 12 equal monthly payments. At end of minimum term pass will renew monthly. ***Not valid for Special Ticket Events, unless otherwise stated.
How do I cancel my payment plan?
To cancel your payment plan, please give our office a call at 856-273-9061.
How do I purchase a payment plan membership?
From March 29th to April 7th our All-Year Membership will be offered at $22 a month. Check out our promotions page for any future offers with payment plans.
How can I make a change to my contact information?
Log into your Funplex account through our website to update or change any of your contact information.
How do I know when my next monthly payment will be charged?
Your credit card will be charged each month on the same day as your initial payment. Log into your Funplex account through our website to see the next scheduled payment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed all membership accounts will be suspended for 30 days from the failed payment date. If no payment is made the membership(s) will be cancelled and the payment plan will need to be restarted.
What if I need to change or update my credit card information?
Log into your Funplex account through our website to update or change your credit card information.
How do I add or remove a member to my payment plan?
To remove a member from your payment plan, please give our office a call at 856-273-9061. To add a member, you will need to login and purchase the payment plan membership for the new member.
