Funplex parties are easy for you and unforgettable for your birthday child!
- You’ll have a dedicated party host who will manage the flow of your event and guide your guests through the attractions and activities.
- Your party includes a reserved table in open seating or a private room (depending on the package selected).
- Paper party supplies are provided so you don’t have to bring anything unless you want a specific theme.
- Each child will receive pizza, a drink, and a vanilla cupcake. For adults, you can order from our discounted catering menu.
- FREE birthday child! Your guest of honor is free and does not count towards the 10 children included in our packages.

FAQs
What is included in my party?
Each party includes balloons, paper products, a dedicated party host and set-up and clean up. You may bring and set up additional decorations if desired. You will have access to your party room or table 15 minutes prior to your room time.
Does the package include invites?
No, unfortunately we do not include invites.
What can I expect from my Funplex party?
For the Pick 3, Ultimate, and VIP Ultimate packages, guests will enjoy the activities and games you’ve selected for your party. Afterward, everyone will gather at the party table or in the party room to enjoy food, beverages, and cupcakes. Once the kids are finished eating, they can return to the activities and continue having fun until the end of your scheduled party time.
Please note: The structure is different for Xtreme Teen packages. For details, contact the party office directly.
How long is my party?
Pick 3 parties will last 2.5 hours, the Ultimate Party lasts 3 hours and the VIP Ultimate party will last 4 hours. With the Pick 3 you will have a table for the first 1.5 hours of the party and with the Ultimate and VIP Ultimate, your room for 2 hours.
When do I need to let you know the final guest count?
We will contact you 2 days before your event to finalize your guest head count, food, and any other add-ons. This will guarantee adequate table/room size and an appropriate number of hosts. We also recommend that you provide a guest list so our party check-in can aid in making your event seamless!
Do I have to pay for adults coming to the party?
Any non-participating adults may attend for free. Adults who would like to join the fun will need to purchase a wristband, with prices varying based on your package.
How and when do I pay for my party?
Your final balance, head count and food orders are due a minimum of 2 days before your event. Accepted payment methods are credit card or cash.
My host was excellent how do I tip them?
A 10% gratuity is automatically applied to all parties. If you would like to tip in addition to the 10% you may do so by cash or card.
When should I arrive for my party?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to your event.
Can I bring in any food?
No outside food or beverages are permitted with the exception of cake or cupcakes. The Funplex does not allow ice cream or ice cream cakes.
Do you have a restaurant/bar?
Yes! We have two indoor cafes, the PitStop and Boardwalk cafes as well as a seasonal outdoor café, Sharkey’s. We have The Surfside Bar located in The Boardwalk.
What is your policy for leaving a deposit?
A valid credit is needed to guarantee your reservations. We require a 50% deposit to book, your final headcount and final payment are due 2 days before your party.
What is the rain policy for parties?
In the event of rain we will reach out to see if you would like to reschedule the date or move to an indoor event. The Splashplex only closes if lightening is within 5 miles and once the lightening passes, Splashplex will reopen.
