Park Rules

Welcome to The Funplex Amusement Center!

Safety is our top priority, and everyone plays a role in making this a fantastic experience. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your visit is both enjoyable and memorable. To ensure a safe environment, please follow these guidelines.

Supervision of Children

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Behavior Guidelines

Running and horseplay are not allowed throughout the park.

Spitting, rough play, or any misconduct affecting the safety and comfort of others is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase by guests 21 years and older with proper ID.

No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed; any purchased in the park must be consumed on-site. The Funplex Management reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

Food and Beverage

Outside food, coolers, and grills are not allowed, except for specific food allergies or infant food in non-glass jars in a personal lunch sized bag.

Grills and open flames are strictly prohibited on the property.

Loose Articles

Secure loose articles before entering ride queue lines.

The Funplex is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen items.

Smoke-Free Environment

The park is smoke-free, with designated smoking areas. E-cigarettes are allowed only in those areas.

Smoking marijuana is prohibited at all times.

Service Animals

Guests with service animals are welcome. Maintain control through restraint and use designated relief areas.

Animals not meeting the service animal definition are not permitted.

Weather Conditions

Bad Weather Policy:

The Funplex offers many activities that are amazingly fun in any kind of weather — including rides inside and outside, a waterpark, bowling, and plenty of arcade games. Guest safety is our number one priority. There are certain weather circumstances that may cause parts of the park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. If rain, wind or electrical storms force us to close certain rides for your safety, they will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured.

The Funplex will issue a complimentary return ticket to enjoy the park another day if a power failure or inclement weather causes the shutdown of outdoor attractions for more than 120 minutes at a time. You must present your original Funplex receipt with the correct date to the Admissions Desk in order to receive a free return ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.

Line Etiquette

Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests leaving a line may not return to the same spot.

The Funplex reserves the right to inspect bags, backpacks, or other personal items. The following items are not permitted at The Funplex:

  • Glass bottles or Containers
  • Knives or Chains
