It is our intention to extend the expiration of all unused, wristbands, Groupon vouchers and other
advance purchased tickets by the same length of time our parks were closed as a result of the COVID-19
When buying or receiving a Groupon Gift Card for The Funplex you will receive a voucher from Groupon. Please call into The Funplex to activate that code with the park. The Funplex can then mail you the gift card or you can pick it up in the park to give as a gift. All Groupon Gift Card Vouchers must be activated with The Funplex by February 7th 2021 but the gift cards will not expire for 2 years from activation.
When purchasing a Cyber Monday gift the barcode will be valid for 2 of the items you purchased. For example, if you purchased a $15 Arcade Card Regularly 30 credits it will be pre-loaded with 60 credits. One barcode will have more than one item in the barcode.
Any Black Friday items can be brought in on your next visit. If you would like to give the items as gifts The Funplex team can mail them to your family or you can come into the park to pick them up at admissions. Call 856-273-9061 for Mount Laurel or 973-428-1166 for East Hanover for assistance.
Right now The Funplex is not offering Season Passes for 2021 just yet. Expect to be able to purchase by March or closer to Spring Break 2021. If you are interested in buying a season pass as a gift purchase a gift card during the holiday specials which can then be put towards a season pass next year.

All guests must reserve a date for their next visit online prior to visiting. Each person in your party must be on the reservation over the height of 35 inches. Please visit https://thefunplex.com/myrtle-beach/prices-passes/
To cancel or reschedule a reservation please complete the Cancel or Reschedule Form found through the link below. All tickets are non-refundable however there is no charge to reschedule. A Funplex representative will reach out to process the reschedule or cancellation details.
You can select how many of each package you would like to reserve for. Thereby reserving for you entire group in one transaction.
Guests under 36 inches do not require a reservation before visiting.
Due to social distancing guidelines we strongly recommend reserving in advance of your visit. If you arrive without a reservation we will do our best to accommodate additional same day guests however we cannot guarantee enough space and you may need to come back and visit on a future date.
Reservations are specific to the person who placed the reservation for the family or group. They cannot be transferred and the person who purchased the reservation must show proof of ID and credit card used for the purchase upon arrival.
Per order of the State of New Jersey; all guests must be wearing a face covering both indoors and out except when impractical to do so, medically related or if under two years of age. Failure to the follow the face covering policy may result in removal from the Funplex.
More specifically, face coverings will be required outdoors in the dry ride park and in common areas such as bathrooms, queue lines and other spaces where social distancing is not practical or available. Face coverings are not required when seated outdoors with your immediate party or while traversing to and from pools and water slides. Face coverings are prohibited while in the pool or while riding water slides.

The Funplex enforces a positive family-friendly environment. For safety reasons, proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time.
Examples of clothing not permitted are those displaying:
- Graphic Violence
- Support of Drugs or Drug Use
- Gang Symbols
- Promotion of discrimination against any group
All guests visiting The Funplex Amusement Center must follow the Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as individual amusement center policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
The safety of our employees and guests is our top priority. Some outdoor attractions may close as a result of inclement weather however we will make every effort to reopen these attractions as soon as it is safe to do so. But fear not as we have over 100 arcade games, bowling, laser tag, go-karts, rides and a number of other fun things to do indoor while you ride out the weather. Your visit to the Funplex is weather proof.
A package or season pass will be required to enter the park for all guests over 35 inches in height.
The Funplex does not serve alcohol and no glass container or alcoholic beverages are permitted into the park.
With the exception of service dogs, animals are prohibited at the Funplex.
Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting the line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.
The Funplex Amusement Center reserves the right to inspect all bags, boxes, backpacks or handbags. The following items are not permitted at The Funplex:
- Glass bottles or Containers
- Knives or Chains
- Firearms and Ammunition
- Fireworks and Explosives
- Chemical weapon, including mace and pepper spray
- Magic Markers, Spray Paint, and Aerosol cans
- Selfie Sticks, Monopods, and similar devices
- Lawn chairs and folding chairs
- Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)
- No tubes or any flotation items
Safety is our #1 concern and a shared responsibility. All guests are welcome to enjoy the Funplex Amusement Center for all it has to offer. Our Team will work hard to ensure that all guests do their part in making this a fun and memorable experience.
Birthday Party FAQ's
Your party includes Balloons, Online Invitations, Paper Products, your own Personal Party Host, Set-up, Clean-Up, and Online Thank You Cards.
YES! Once you place your deposit, you’ll get a link to our online invitation service, where you can email or print out invitations and track your guests’ responses all from one easy place!
Your guests will explore the activities and games you have selected for your party. From there, everyone will regroup at the party table to enjoy food, beverages, and cupcakes. Once the kids are finished eating they will receive their game credits for the arcade. If time permits the kids can go back to the rides for the duration of the party.
The party packages range from 2.5 hours to 4 hours! You choose the package; you choose how much time you spend at The Funplex! Plus, your table or private suite and host are included time depending on which type of package is reserved.
Please give us a call 5 days prior to your party to let us know how many people you expect. That way, you’ll be guaranteed adequate table size, and you’ll receive the perfect number of hosts for expert service.
We also recommend bringing a list of the expected guests so that your host can make your event extra-special for everyone on the day of your party.
There is a 10 person minimum on all of the party packages this could be including children or adults.
You will pay your balance two days before arriving at The Funplex for the start of your party. Although we don’t accept personal checks, you may use cash or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover).
Your final bill will include a 10% gratuity for your host, but you can always provide an additional tip for exceptional service.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the party start time to greet your guests and speak to your host about any remaining questions or extra needs you have.
You may bring in a special cake or cupcakes. Although other outside foods are not permitted, you’ll be able to order from our Catering Menu, which includes many of your favorite entrees and snacks. You can reserve any other non-menu items like chips and pretzels by calling ahead at least one week before your big event. Please inform the Party Office if you have any other special dietary restrictions prior to your party.
A reservation system is in place to cut capacity of the park this includes birthday parties. The number of parties The Funplex is now able to do per day is significantly decreased. The Funplex also changed the way the park handles food service at the table and we no longer allow birthday gifts into the park.
